LivemacOS 13+ · menu bar · direct download
Push-to-talk dictation for the Mac. Hold a key, speak, release, and the text lands at your cursor in whatever app you were already typing in — no window to switch to, no transcript to copy out of.
Transcription happens on the machine, which is the entire point: the audio never goes anywhere. It lives in the menu bar as a small Swift app supervising a Go core.
It is a finished app now rather than something to build yourself: download it, drag it to Applications, pick a speech model on first launch, and that is the last thing it ever fetches. There is no account and nothing to sign in to.
It has its own site, and that is where the details live — what it needs, what it costs, and how to set it up. This page points at it rather than repeating it.
