Mycelium Flow

Push-to-talk dictation for the Mac. Hold a key, speak, release, and the text lands at your cursor in whatever app you were already typing in — no window to switch to, no transcript to copy out of.

Transcription happens on the machine, which is the entire point: the audio never goes anywhere. It lives in the menu bar as a small Swift app supervising a Go core.

It runs today, but it is not ready for anyone else to run: the settings window, the trigger modes, and first-run onboarding are still ahead of it, and the repository stays private until they land.
